“Mentors provide professional networks, outlets for frustration, college and career counseling, general life advice, and most importantly, an extra voice telling a student they are smart enough and capable enough to cross the stage at graduation and land their first paycheck from a career pathway job.”
              ~  Gerald Chertavian

    Supportive Community

Regular coach-hosted help sessions focus on what’s challenging you right now. Your cross-country team of other success-driven peers support each other publicly in bi-weekly meetings and a 24×7 online forum.

Your college years are the best time to meet life-long friends and connections. Student Success Club extends that opportunity beyond your own campus.

”If you are building a culture where honest expectations are communicated and peer accountability is the norm, then the group will address poor performance and attitudes.”

”Every minute you spend looking through clutter, wondering where you put this or that, being unable to focus because you’re not organized costs you: time you could have spent with family or friends, time you could have been productive around the house, time you could have been making money.”
              ~  Jean Chatzky

Student Success Club is a process and a community: It is not a book. It is not a course. Your coach and your fellow team members are what make it so powerful.

Whether or not you have taken or are taking a First Year Experience course, Student Success Club will help you get the most out of your college experience by having a coach and a support team that sticks with you.

As the mother of two twenty-somethings, both of whom graduated from university, I understand the challenges students face today and can strongly relate to the concerns of their parents. I was stunned when I learned that schools were complicit in keeping students from graduating in four years.

My own parents were very hands-off when it came to my own university years so I approached my children’s education the same way. Things have changed… a lot. Students today have to have a plan and a strategy to graduate, not just the marks to get in. Besides our mission of helping students develop good lifetime habits for work, we are independent advisors helping them develop and execute their degree plan for success now.
